Installing DigiFlash Theme

DigiFlash can be installed through the WordPress admin dashboard or manually via FTP. Both methods are straightforward and take only a few minutes to complete.

Installing from WordPress Dashboard

Log into your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Appearance > Themes. Search for DigiFlash, click install then activate.

Installing via FTP

Connect to your server using an FTP client like FileZilla. Navigate to the /wp-content/themes/ directory in your WordPress installation.

Extract the DigiFlash ZIP file on your local computer first. Upload the extracted digiflash folder to the /wp-content/themes/ directory on your server.

Once the upload completes, go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Themes. You’ll see DigiFlash listed among your available themes. Click Activate to enable it.

After Installation

After activating DigiFlash, your site will immediately switch to using the theme. The Site Editor will become available, allowing you to customize templates, template parts, and global styles.

DigiFlash includes several starter templates and patterns that you can use right away. Navigate to Appearance > Editor to access the Full Site Editor and begin customizing your site.

The theme works with any existing content you have on your WordPress site. Your posts, pages, and media will remain unchanged and will automatically display using DigiFlash’s styling.
